Service Description
Are you someone who enjoys eating out or would like to enjoy eating out but struggles with understanding proper portions at a restaurant? Or do you fear eating out at restaurants? If so, this experiential is for you! Restaurant outings are great for showing you how to meet your nutritional needs in an environment where typically portions are much larger than what is necessary to meet your nutritional needs. You also will get to choose the restaurant of your liking within 10 miles of Tianna's office in Rancho Santa Fe. ***Price includes meal for yourself up to $20.
