Initial Nutrition Assessment

60-90 minutes

In this first session I will gather information regarding your health and eating concerns. Questions about your eating habits, medical history, body image, and your overall lifestyle in relation to your food and nutrition will be discussed. Together we will then talk about some initial goals to get you started to improve your health so you can feel your very best.


Follow-up Sessions

30 minutes

In our follow-up sessions we will discuss how you are doing with the goals you are working. We will also set new tangible goals as you progress overtime.  I may also provide nutrition education and support in these sessions. Improving your health and your relationship with food will be a journey and not a quick fix, which is why these follow-up sessions are so important.
